Hally in Atlanta, Georgia- I would really like to thank you for the aloe plant. It is doing very nicely by
my window in my dorm. At first, though, two of its leaves dropped off
after becoming flat at the tips. I threw one of the leaves away, but the
other one I propped up in the soil -- and it seems to actually be thriving. This
makes me wonder of aloe plants can be propagated from their leaves. Do you
know?
Anyway, my aloe is growing very quickly now, and all of its leaves
seem to be in good condition. I am very pleased with it.
Hi Randall, just a quick message to thank you for yr love of aloes & strangers. My sick aloe is making a comeback. I took yr advice, put it in compost in a semi-clay loam in a mostly sunny area. Looks green, the leaves are thickening. Don't need a free aloe, mine is doing fine. Candy Reed
Merle, from UK sent me this: I have small brown scars on my leg. I mix the inside of the aloe leaves from my plants with the contents of vitamin E capsules and DMSO*.
*DMSO has not been approved by FDA
Sandra in Statesboro, GA: My sister asked me to look up aloe plants. She has a beautiful one and it bloomed this year. An orange bud.
